Day 3 – Confront The Weakness
You can’t lead with strength if you’re protecting your weakness. These aren’t passive observations.
These are direct drills built to expose where your edge has dulled. Nothing strengthens until it’s pressure-tested.
Stop rationalising. Get real. Face the gap and close it.
Todays Intention:
Weakness isn’t just about failure.
It’s about the quiet places where you keep letting yourself off the hook
It’s the goals that get delayed, the rituals that get skipped, the lies that get justified.
Today we don’t shame weakness.
We name it - then we sharpen the blade.
YOUR REFLECTION TASKS:
1. Where am I inconsistent and why?
Be specific. What gets skipped, delayed, ignored?
2. Where do I keep breaking promises to myself?
What habits, goals, or routines never get locked in?
3. What lie have I been using to justify it?
“I’m too tired.”
“I’ll start Monday.”
“It’s not the right time.”
Write the exact phrase.
CLOSING STATMENT:
A warrior’s strength doesn’t come from pretending the weakness isn’t there.
It comes from walking into it - fully awake and saying,
“You don’t run the show anymore.”
Your edge dulls when you justify. It sharpens when you take ownership.
