This is about reclaiming your internal calm - even when life swings first.

WHEN TO DO THIS:​

Triggered. Overwhelmed. Emotionally hijacked.​

This is not escape. This is a return to power.

Step Back. Walk away from the screen.

From the noise. From the argument.

From the story trying to hook you.

You're not avoiding. You're anchoring 

3 Rounds of Warrior Breath:

Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds

Hold for 2 seconds

Exhale through the nose for 6 seconds

Hold empty for 2 seconds

(Repeat x3)

REFLECTION TASK - ASK YOURSELF:

"What is this really about?"

"Am I reacting from my wounds... or leading from my wisdom?"

"What would calm confidence look like right now?"

WRITTEN TASK:​

"What truth am I afraid to speak?"

"What emotion am I trying to run from?"

"What would my highest self do in this moment?"

You don't need to be emotionless to be powerful. You need to be present.
