You need 60 seconds of full presence and command.
THE LOCK-IN METHOD:
STEP 1: Ground Your Body
Stand still.
Plant your feet.
Roll your shoulders back.
Take 3 slow deep breaths through your nose.
Your body controls the battlefield first
STEP 2: Command Your Mind
Say this aloud or whisper with conviction:
"I am in control of how I mover through this moment."
Repeat it until your nervous system listens.
STEP 3: Lock In ONE Focus Task
Ask yourself:
"What do I need to execute right now - with clarity, not emotion?"
Write it down. Commit to it. Move on it.
